What We Cannot Help With

We cannot diagnose an individual appliance by email, recommend a technician in your area, look up parts for your model, or advise on warranty claims. For anything specific to your model, your manufacturer's support line has information we do not.

If an appliance is sparking, smells of burning, or you smell gas, stop using it, and for a suspected gas leak leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 first.
